Directions: From I-20 & I-49 junction, go I-49S to Burt Kouns (Industrial Loop or outer loop), go west (right) to Hwy. 171 (Mansfield Road), go south (left) two blocks (second stop light), turn right on Hwy. 525 (Colquitt Road) for 10.4 miles to Spring Ridge. Turn south (left) on Hwy. 169. Go 1.1 miles to Hwy. 789 (Caution: Sharp Turn from crooked road with high speed traffic.) Go 2.7 miles. turn right on Mike Clark Road to enter park. Follow O signs to
the meet site.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Jenner Johnson Memorial O Meet at the Eddie Jones Park, Spring Ridge, Louisiana, March 06, 2010, and co-sponsored by the Caddo Parks Department and the Ark-La-Tex Orienteering Society (ALTOS), I hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks and for my and my children's own safety and do further hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Louisiana Parks Department, ALTOS, and Jimmy Durham (Meet Director) and all of their officers, employees, and agents, acting officially or otherwise, from any and all liability (whether by negligence, strict liability, or other fault), and from any and all claims, demands, actions, debts, and attorney fees arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated on loss or damage to the property of and injuries to, or death of, any persons whatsoever, which may result from my or my children's participation or presence within the limits of the Eddie Jones Park in connection with the aforesaid meet or program, and do further hereby waive forever any claims, demands, or actions I or my children may have arising therefrom.
